I confirm that I have diligently read these conditions and hereby consent and agree to the following:
- I hereby grant to World Scout Bureau Inc. (WSB Inc.), the legal body of the World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) and Svenska Scoutrådet (The Swedish Guide and Scout Council), the unlimited rights and permission to use, distribute, publish, display, reproduce, make derivative works or make other use of the photos or footage taken by me, or other materials submitted by me in connection with the 22nd World Scout Jamboree, anywhere in the world for any use for commercial or non-commercial purposes.
- I have the full right and authority to grant the rights granted in this Release Form and I agree that this release does not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on my part.
- I hereby guarantee that no claim to compensation and no claim arising out of any use of my name, my photos or any other material submitted by me in connection with the 22nd World Scout Jamboree, will be made.
- The WSB Inc. and Swedish Guide and Scout Council will credit the author of the photos and material submitted whenever possible in accordance to the usual practice in this field, except if the author does not wish it.
- A new agreement should be written if the pictures should be sent on to external parts.
