Camp Media

Got an idea for a story?

The Jamboree will be sprawling with activity when 39 000 Scouts move to the Rinkaby fields. The chance is high that you will encounter exceptional stories that other Scouts on the Jamboree and around the world might be interested in. Share those ideas on news@worldscoutjamboree.se and we’ll do a story about it!

To keep up to date with all the Jamboree news, enjoy exciting stories, get all kinds of Jamboree gossip, sing along with songs from all around the world, watch Jamboree life and to be part of a unique social media experience, there will be a broad range of Jamboree media.

1) Magazine: Hej Jam – brought to you every second day with in-depth coverage of the Jamboree
2) TV: Jam N – with shows every evening at 20h00 on a screen close to you
3) Radio Jamboree – daily coverage with news from the field and music in a variety of languages
4) The Web – sharing the Jamboree experience with friends and family around the world

At the Media Centre on Four Seasons Square you can come along and see Jamboree media being produced. This is also where you will find the news desk, which throughout the Jamboree wants to hear your stories, ideas and news that you want to share with the world. Your comments and feedback about any story in the Jamboree media are most welcome. If you are too busy, drop in to any Internet Café and send us an e-mail.
