Today the first participants arrived on the Jamboree camp site. Naturally some of them were overwhelmed by its sheer size!
So where do the participants go when they have questions? The information tents of course!
Conveniently placed all over the camp site, it is the first place to go for a confused Scout to get information.
Inside, friendly staff will provide participants with answers to questions they have about the camp site and living on the Jamboree.
For the more “connected” Scouts, the Jamboree has also made an application for Android and iPhone smart phones to help you find your way.
Jamboree App functions as a virtual map that shows the user their current position on the camp site and where services are located.
With all the different ways for the participants to find their way around, the Jamboree administration has made sure that all the participants can enjoy the 22nd World Scout Jamboree without ever having to worry about getting lost.
