Do you wanna go to a movie?

Have you ever wondered what Austria has to offer? Then this unique cinema experience will bring Austria to life for you.

Here at the World Scout Jamboree site, you can participate in a wide variety of different activities. This also includes a trip to the Austrian Sense Action Cinema.

We queued expectantly outside before being shown to our seats inside. The film was called “The Thing’s I’ve Seen”.

It follows a couple on their journey through the sights, sounds and smells of places in Austria. It is an action packed thrill-ride, where you go tobogganing, take a motorbike ride and climb a mountain amongst other things all in the space of 20 minutes.

The staff bring the trip to life by enhancing the video with scented spray bottles, fans and moving the seats that they have mounted on springs. This leaves you feeling like you are actually experiencing the adventure that you are seeing on the screen.

You feel every cobble stone in the street while on a bicycle ride, smell every hotdog and pine tree as you walk around the town and through the woodland. You also feel the spray of snow as you descend down the mountainside on your snowboard.

So fasten your safety belt and hold on tight, the film is showing every 30 minutes throughout the day, we advise you to get there early to ensure that you get a ticket.
