The World Scout Jamboree Memory Package is now complete! We have a 200 page photo book, a DVD film, and a DVD-ROM full of extra material, all designed to showcase the fantastic event we shared in mid-2011.
Pre-orders
There was a problem with one step in our supply chain, and unfortunately we were not able to ship all the pre-ordered Memory Packages in time to reach people before Christmas. Those who did not receive their package before Christmas should receive it shortly afterwards.
All memory packages to international customers are being sent out with FedEx. As soon as your package leaves Sweden they will send an email to the email address you stated when you placed your order. This email will contain a link to a page with information about the status of your shipment.
Swedish orders will be sent with Posten.
If you still have not received your memory package by mid-January, please email us at shop@worldscoutjamboree.se with your name, address, phone number (including country code), order number, and the date on which you placed your order. If you do not have an order number, please send us a copy of something verifying your order (e.g. a receipt or a bank statement) and we will try to find your order.
We hope that the Memory Package, when it does reach you, will bring you many fond memories of the great time we had together this summer.
Damaged items
If your memory package is damaged in any way, you should not accept it from the shipping company, but instead request that they replace it with a non-damaged item. If you have already received your package and it was damaged in transport, please email us at shop@worldscoutjamboree.se with your name, address, phone number (including country code), and the shipping/tracking code for your parcel. We also need some documentation of the damage (preferably a photo by email), and a specification of which items from the package (book, film DVD, DVD-ROM) are damaged. Once we have received this, we can send you a replacement copy. Please note that we will not be able to handle requests for replacement items until all pre-orders have been shipped.
New orders
It is still possible to purchase the World Scout Jamboree Memory Package. As soon as all our pre-orders have been shipped, the remaining packages will be available for sale in our web shop. Hello! My name is Anna and I’m from Spain.
I have got a doubt and would be very glad if you could help me. My mother, while we were all in the Jamboree, bought a Memory Package to have it ready for me as a present for Christmas. As Christmas is already over, and the package hasn´t arrived yet, she told me that she had a present she couldn’t yet give me because she hadn’t received it. She told me that she paid for it, through this official Jamboree website and, after 5 months now she knew nothing about it and was worried it would never arrive. I am also concerned and would like it to arrive as soon as possible.

I thought that, we finnish ones will get the memory package for free, I thought that someone told so to us,, but what ever:))
I saw my friends memory package, cause I didn’t get anything about that you can order it, so I don’t have anyone. But I saw a picture on me that made me really annoyed. And the whole world can see that picture if they want, they just need to order it home. So, I’m very upset of it right now…

All international shipping is now completed and about 75% of the Swedish ones. Final Swedish shipping will be completed on Monday 2nd at customers latest the 4th.

All non swedish orders have been posted and you should now have got the e-mail from FedEx giving you all shipping details. If not, please send an e-mail to shop@worldscoutjamboree.se as stated in the text above and we will help you as soon as we can. Shipping is not done country by country and it took some six days to ship all out. Your friend could have got it in first group while you are in last. Sorry for this.

Someone who was in my troop has received his. He lives 40 miles north of me. Why haven’t I received mine yet???
When the memory package will arrive in France ? I wanted to offer it to my daughter for Christmas… We are the 20th december ! And I have’nt receive it. Please answer to me.
Received memory package in Japan today. However, the DVD is the PAL system and won’t play on NTSC TVs. This means that all of North America, most of South America. the Phillipines, South Korea and Japan can only watch it on their computers.
I really don’t understand how this could have been overlooked…
When are they going to arrive in the US? I only know of one person in the US that has gotten one so far
Hi there! We have shipped as many Memory Packages as we can, doing our best to get them to everyone before Christmas. Unfortunately we have a problem with one step in our supply chain, and it looks like we won’t have enough to get them to everyone who’s ordered before the 25th. But nearly all the international orders have been filled.
The last few pre-orders will be sent out just as soon as we can.
If you missed the chance to pre-order, keep an eye on our webshop. As soon as the pre-orders are all shipped, we will have the remainder up for sale.

I have a problem with my order, if you could explain me what happened, i would be very grateful. This is the sittuation:
At 9th november I ordered a memory package and a swedish contingent coat. That order has the number 200010639. Then, i don’t know why, it was canceled. So, this new order with the number 200010643 just appeared, i did nothing.
I received the coat on the next tuesday, but not the memory package. I paid everything already with visa.
I just wanted to know if i’ll receive the memory package later, if this situation is normal or if something went wrong.

You can still order a Memory pack but you might not get it before Christmas (depending on how quick you are to order and pay for it). Download version is not arranged as it is stil possible to by a full package.

The information put forward in the web shop, at the camp posters, in the terms and condition and at the order form for payment on camp all says “Delivery before Christmas” or / and “Livraison prévue avant Noël.” I think this information is highly visible and hard to miss if you read about the product at all. However, the reason behind all this is ofcourse that it takes a while to make and produce an awesome memory package. Hope it’ll be worth the wait.
Your email should ofcourse get replied to. I personally replied to all emails before the 23rd of September and I know that there wasn’t – at the time being – a single unanswered email in the inbox relating to the memory packages. Try to resend it or call the web shop if you have any further requests or questions – but please be polite and avoid calling people a disgrace!
stiill not had a reply to my question…although you have posted a comment saying that all packages will be sent out at the end of november..when placing the order we were told that it would be supplied within 28 days..how can you now say end of november..what a disgrace you are!!!!!

the dutch cpntingent gives all the dutch scouts IST and staff a free package
announced today that at the jamboree will be 265 SEK ($42 USD) and after the 7th will be 295 SEK. Includes shipping and the dvd is region free! Available for order online now!

Are these available to order yet? Daughter has sent me a message from the Jamboree saying no one knows where to go to order them. Wants to know the price too for budgeting!!!! Would be good if she could order and pay for it now and then will know what money she has left for other things.
The handbooks says go to the jamboree shop to order it. The jamboree shop says go to the other place right next to the shop. And They say that you order it online on this site. and the site says you order it at camp….. I’m a bit confused here
