Even if the World Scout Jamboree gathers a huge number of people there are still millions and millions of Scouts in the world who don’t get the opportunity to participate. The Join In Jamboree material aims to allow all those who are not able to come to the World Scout Jamboree to also feel the Jamboree spirit. We have put together activity suggestions to cover three days of programme at a scout camp anywhere in the world, activities based on the World Scout Jamboree programme and themes. It is both activities that will be the same as on the World Scout Jamboree and activities especially created for the Join In Jamboree.
Those who take part in the Join In Jamboree programme will discover Sweden through typical games or recipes. They will have a taste of the World Scout Jamboree activity modules while running their own Global Development Village, taking on the patrol Quest or reflecting about culture at the People activity and the Culture Festival.
